Cancellation Policy

Vegas is Visual Arts – Default Service Policy Applies to all services, including photography, videography, drone work, photo booths, 360 booths, and photo tour packages. 1. Booking & Payment A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and cash. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations 15+ days prior: refund minus deposit. Cancellations within 14 days: no refund. Rescheduling within 7 days: $75 fee, based on availability. If VIVA cancels due to emergency, a full refund or equivalent replacement will be provided. 3. Setup & Requirements We arrive 30–60 minutes early for setup. Setup/breakdown time is not part of rental time. Booths need 10x10 ft. space and power. Drone work needs 15 ft. radius for takeoff/landing. Outdoor events must provide shade/tent and dry, safe surfaces. Clients must confirm venue access, power, and permissions. 4. Overtime & Add-Ons Overtime: $145/hr, billed at time of service. Add-ons available: drone, second shooters, digital sharing, backdrops, highlight reels, etc. Idle time over 30 minutes is billed at $75/hr. 5. Conduct & Responsibilities Clients must assign a point of contact onsite. Service may be paused/terminated without refund if staff/equipment are endangered or disrespected. Children must be supervised while using equipment. 6. Damage & Liability Clients are liable for damage caused by guests or venue. VIVA is not liable for issues caused by the venue (e.g. power, Wi-Fi, access, safety). 7. Media Delivery & Rights Media delivered in 1–5 business days; rush delivery available. VIVA may use content for promotion unless client opts out in writing before the event. 8. Tours & Transportation Stops and timing may vary due to traffic/weather. Party buses: up to 20 passengers; limos: up to 7. Champagne is 21+ only; IDs may be checked. VIVA is not liable for alcohol misuse. 9. Force Majeure Rescheduling without penalty if affected by illness, government restrictions, or natural disaster. No refunds for guest no-shows, weather, or venue failure. 10. Agreement By paying the deposit, client agrees to all listed terms. A signed contract may be required.
